I empathize with Putin to some extent, believe it or not. He is not some god, he is a man educated in the Russian spirit, a spirit that says everything for the country. A man indoctrinated in tsarist doctrine. Maybe that’s why they have their Facebook, they have their search engine, and they try to limit the links with the outside and the KGB is doing a good job. Somehow, I really like them. And Russian women are damn sexy.
What I think Putin is doing wrong is that he only sees wars and not reality, just like that Japanese warlord during World War II. The war had been over for 20 years and he still saw enemies in the equatorial forests and could not be convinced that there was peace.
Just as Hitler could not accept reality, he refused to accept it. Putin today in a picture from AFP, has a look that begins to bring reality, tired, of a man, not of a leader, not of a machine, of a simple man, as his mother made him. He looks a little tired. Basically, what are they fighting for? What is the main purpose? The territories?
