Unfuck Yourself is about how we blame mentally ourselves day by day. We make mental inappropriate judgments about ourselves. Too often we blame ourselves and forget that who really wants a thing will have it.
I read this book and what I had learned from it is that if someone wants a thing should think practical and go for it. Another thing is that we should go one, no matter what because in the end this is the only way to win.
