Habits to establish in the daily routine (inspired by the military program)

Most of us live in chaos. We come, we go, we go to bed when no mater hour. We wake up late. We do not hydrate. We go to the fitness room 2 or 3 times and we quit. We skip meals so that we can eat food with E’s.

Any person who wants to succed in life, there must be some habits that will lead him to personal, family, and finally the community succes.

Here are some things to keep in mind and what should happen in your life. Some are taken from the army (I worked as a solder in army of my country).

Morning

# 1 Make your bed

This is the first and most important thing to do as soon as you wake up. This is how you start the day with the first task solved, which will give you the courage to solve the next ones.

Make it straight, with the sheet as stretched as possible. If you want, you can do it with a model. For example day model. This is so that in the evening, when bedtime is approaching, you can prepare it as a night model.

Do it every morning!

#2 Go and defecate

That’s the next thing you need to do. Even if your body is upset and you don’t need to go to the toilet in the morning, try to establish this habit of satisfying your physiological needs, urinating and defecating. It is very important in regulating metabolism.

Some people don’t even go to the bathroom in the morning. It is important to do it.

# 3 Wash your face and upside half of your body

You need to apply cold water to your face and under your arm, and then a little soap to rinse. Otherwise you will smell dubious. And brush your teeth.

# 4 Refresh

Make jooging if you have where to do it. Or at least 15 minutes of home gym. You will be much fresher and ready to face the day.

#5 Eat a high-protein breakfast

Eat eggs, milk, fish, or white meat. That way you will have energy. Don’t forget the obligatory teacup. In the morning the body is dehydrated. You have to give him fluids back.

In the evening

# 1 Turn off your TV and smartphone at least 30 minutes before going to bed

# 2 Prepare your model bed in the evening an hour before you go to bed

When you go to bed, you sleep hard. No tv or electronics. Eventually, you can pick up a book or read from Kindle that doesn’t affect your eyes. Reading something will make you fall asleep faster.

# 3 Remember the main events that took place on the day just passed and think about what you will do tomorrow

Have an exact bedtime and wake-up time if your occupation allows. Possibly wake up at 6 AM and turn off at 10 AM.

Likewise, the meals should be at set times. Try all this as best you can.

Sometimes it can be hard because you just can’t, whether you have a small child waking up at night or a relative coming home from work late, and so on. Try as much as you can to make them as I told you.

It will be much better!
