A man’s greatest wealth is his health, not money. Health comes first. If you are healthy you can work to make money. If you’re not healthy, you can’t do anything, and if you have money, you’ll give anything to get it back.
Here’s how you can maintain your health:
#1 Sports and work
…are the main factors that contribute to good health. If you can’t jog or go to the gym, you can do something at home, be it physical work. If you stay at home it’s even better, you can keep it clean by sweeping, washing dishes, wiping the furniture, chopping wood. Any calorie lost through exercise is a metabolic benefit.

So even if you have more work in a day, don’t work all the way, but take breaks and definitely rest at night if you don’t have a job that requires you to stay up at night. If so, rest for the day.
