Since the article keeps appearing this morning, I say let’s talk a little, in this world full of protein concentrates, E’s, sugars of all kinds, about what to eat in the morning.
The tea is fine. That it’s fruit, that it’s black or green, or whatever, doesn’t matter, but let it be tea. At night the body dehydrates, in the morning you give it back what it lost.
As food, a little cheese…doesn’t hurt. A triangle or two of cheese with a boiled egg, and a spoonful of butter, and of course some bread, is enough for a normal adult.
For those who want to be healthy, they can still drink a raw egg and take a teaspoon of honey on an empty stomach. And let’s not forget to hydrate well, especially in the morning.
If you also have a shake, it’s not bad, but let it be fruit, not that nonsense with proteins for muscle mass. That those are processed, and everything industrially processed spoils.
What time do you serve breakfast?
