Today I ran

Today I ran 3 km. I don’t have the same stamina as I used to when I ran 20-30 km. I get tired faster. It could also be because of smoking and getting older.

But I don’t want to talk about distances today, but about how I felt after the run. If before the run I felt tired, apathetic, after the run my mood changed completely. And for the better. I made the effort my body needed to feel good.

Of course it’s cold outside and it’s not very comfortable to run 3 km in the cold, but it was worth it afterwards. I felt much better afterwards. How do you take care of your health?
